- Single: $4,100, Double: $3,150, Triple: $2,950, Quad: $2,650
- Security deposit: $200
- Reservation fee: $200 (goes toward rent)
Price includes furnished room (with extra long twin bed, large desk, and closet), shared single-sex bathrooms, and 19 meals per week. All utilities and high-speed internet (with wireless access) are included. Amenities included are common areas with a big screen TV, computer lab, pool table, ping pong and outdoor courtyard. Common areas and bathrooms are professionally cleaned.

International House is an independent, self-supporting, educational non-profit organization affiliated with UC Berkeley. Rooms are completely furnished with a phone, beds, dressers, desks, desk lamps and chairs. Restrooms and showers are shared off of the main hall. Floors are co-ed, but restrooms and showers are single sex. High-speed internet is available in all rooms (a one-time fee may apply.) 19 meals a week are included.
I-House Summer Session B runs from June 7, 2009 after 10:00 AM to August 14, 2009 for 10 weeks. All applicants must fill out the online application form which is available at the I-House summer session website
Note: I-House will require that you check out on Friday, August 14 by 10:00 AM. If you choose to live at I-House, make sure to arrange for travel to and from LBL according to the dates you will stay at I-House. (Otherwise, you will be homeless for a night or two.)

Telegraph Commons is a private 120-bed dormitory that offers affordable housing to UC students and visiting scholars. Rooms are furnished and common areas include a full kitchen on each floor, as well as TV and study lounges. There are DSL outlets in all rooms, and DSL is free to residents.
