All interns must complete the following program deliverables in order to complete checkout:
BLIPS Written Deliverables
All final written deliverables are to be submitted to BLIPS Program Manager- Biography saved as: Biography - Intern Last Name, Intern First Name BLIPS Summer Year.doc
- Abstract saved as: Abstract - Intern Last Name, Intern First Name BLIPS Summer Year.doc
- Poster saved as: Poster - Intern Last Name, Intern First Name BLIPS Summer Year.ppt
NOTE: For checkout, you will need to bring all your deliverables on a flash drive in PDF format.
CSEE Surveys
All surveys are to be completed online prior to checkout
- CSEE Program Evaluation Survey (administered via surveymonkey.com) - An email invitation will be emailed to your LBL address the last week of the internship
- CSEE Mentor Evaluation Survey (administered via surveymonkey.com) - An email invitation will be emailed to your LBL address the last week of the internship
LBNL Deliverables
JHA and training profiles - Missing online courses are to be completed before checkout

- Mentor Checkout Form (create link) - Interns must have mentor complete and sign

- Research Poster (PDF format)
All interns will receive their final stipend when all program deliverables have been met. If program deliverables are not met by the end of checkout, the final stipend will be mailed to intern when all program deliverables have been met.
