All interns need to change their LBNL directory listing to reflect the building, room, and extension where they will be physically located. The mail stop must remain 7R0222. 

To change your directory listing: 

• Go to the lab directory (http://www.lbl.gov/ds/)
• Click "Update your directory listing"
• Fill in the information on the page
• Proof all information for accuracy
• Click "Update User" to submit changes

Please note: the first 5 fields are required fields. Where it asks for a mail stop, enter 7R0222.

When entering your location, you MUST enter at least one building, one room and a phone number (office and/or cell). You may NOT use CSEE's phone extension (x5511) or leave the phone number blank. Please consult your Mentor if you do not knowyour phone extension. 

You must enter a legitimate building and room number. PLEASE communicate with your mentor and ask for help to ensure you enter the information correctly.

Please be aware that it can take 48 - 72 hours before the change is displayed in the directory.
