Week One Check List for
DOE-ACTS/IISME Teachers
There are a number of tasks you need to accomplish in the first week:
- Complete General Employee Radiation Training (GERT) and EHS-10 Introduction to Safety at the Lab online (Required from all participants; due before program begins)
- Complete Content Knowledge Skills Assessment (CKSA) #2 and Professional Practice Inventory (PPI) #2 on Electronic Portfolio (DOE-ACTS only)
- Complete Job Hazards Analysis (JHA) online (Required from all participants; due before program begins)
- Complete Internship Work Plan and turn into CSEE
- Complete EHS MOU and turn in to CSEE
- Change LBNL LDAP password
- Update LBNL Directory Listing
